Last autumn we removed all of the aging shrubbery from the front of North Gate Apartment's C Building and laid a new sod lawn. C Building is sited at the back of the property and offers some of the most secluded and quiet homes on the property. Now it's time to paint and renovate the halls of this building before we move on to the ambitious re-roofing project slated for early 2022.
In early summer 2021 our painters will be renovating this hall as part our VISION 2020 Program for North Gate Apartments. This program of renovations has brought new landscaping to the complex, repaved our parking lots and added multiple complex improvements. It is the mission of our management to keep North Gate the premier apartment complex in Anderson, South Carolina.
