Below is the process to apply...
FIRST- CALL
Our application is NOT online. To apply you must first call our office to make certain North Gate will fit your needs. Call us at 864-940-0575
SECOND- QUALIFY
You will be asked to watch our online tour to make certain North Gate fits your needs and review all of the qualifications listed below in the blue box.
THIRD- TOUR
After you call us and we interview you by phone we will schedule a self-guided tour of the actual unit for which you will be applying. We offer SAME DAY appointments only and DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE ONSITE.
FOURTH- APPLY
After the tour you may fill out the application. The application fee is $50 and is non-refundable. Check should be made out to North Gate Apartments LLC. The application completed by Resident Research will review your work history, rental history, criminal history, credit score, collections and other factors.

The Following qualifications must be met to reside at North Gate:

Your salary must be $2,500 per month or $30,000 per year minimum.

All residents must pass a criminal background check

You must be in good standing with your employer

You must pass a credit check reviewing any collections

You cannot have any evictions in your past rental history.
Each roommate must pass ALL
qualification unless married
