In mid-2018 North Gate Apartments began an ambitious renovation plan for our 5 arce grounds and upgraded technology for our residents. With a new manager at the helm a plan has been developed to create grounds at North Gate rivaling all other properties in the Anderson, SC market and to offer our residents the best in technology. The renovations planned for our complex are slated to be completed by the beginning of 2021.
