A Quiet Place to Live

Residing in an apartment involves living in close proximity to many other families of all ages and stages, so how does a complex make apartment living quiet and calm? At North Gate Apartments in Anderson, SC our buildings were constructed with sound in mind. Double stud walls separate each unit with a void in the adjoining party-walls to dampen sound. Our largest building also uses concrete flooring between units. We do not place young children above residents thus placing them on the ground floors creates a more quiet space. At North Gate we also have a good neighbor policy that involves quiet time by 11 PM. This more than anything contributes to a restful environment. Also, our vetting and application process helps to ensure that each neighbor is a good fit for our apartment complex.
