A few years ago we set out at North Gate to renovate our buildings and grounds in a plan we called VISION 2020. In the past few years we completed new roofs for both A and B Buildings. This summer we will be re-roofing the final and third building at North Gate, C Building. The new roofs should give our property decades of maintenance free seasons. This summer look for our roofing company to be on site as we make North Gate the premier residential complex in Anderson, SC.
